3. 11th October

“Mindfulness.”

Dr Florence Charles, Educational Psychologist working in London.

HALF TERM 18th & 25th Oct

4. 1st November

“Making sense of fractions, decimals and percentages.”

Sarah Wedderburn, principal of Unicornmaths.

5. 8th November

“Harnessing IT for dyslexics.”

Caroline Bateman, Learning Technology Consultant at Achieve Now.

6. 15th November

“Dyslexia. Now what? How to support learning in the child / young adult who has just been identi ed with dyslexia.”

Valerie Hero, Independent Educational Psychologist and trained teacher.

Charges:

Admission: £8 for members and £45 for 6. £10 for non members and £55 for 6.
Admission is free to the staff of schools or businesses who are members of the RDA (6 individuals maximum from each school or business).

Come along and join us, if you have a child with dyslexia whatever age and if you want to learn more about what you can do to help them achieve their potential.

We’ll share information, experiences and support each other.

This is a popular event, it is a great opportunity to share experiences, ideas and advice with other parents facing similar difficulties.

Specialist Dyslexia Teachers and members of the Richmond Dyslexia Association Committee will be on hand to answer any questions.
